Our shipping policy is simple, in case you need additional help or information, please feel free to reach out to us!

Shipping policy

Order will be shipped (sent to courier office) within 48 hours of receiving the order.
In case of customization, products will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Once our courier partner receives the shipment, they can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to deliver the product based on the purchasers PIN CODE.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for a purchase exceeding 498 Indian Rupees (yes! so if you buy product for 499 you don't pay shipping!!)

Order tracking

Purchaser will receive an email on the same email ID used for order placement once the product is shipped. A tracking url, courier name and AWB number to track the product will be included in the email.

Delay in delivery

We will not be responsible for any delay that can occur because of any unforeseen circumstances at our delivery partners end. Delivery timelines are managed solely by our courier partners.

Although you can write to us at julley@thebikerwolf.com in case of delays in delivery. We can help coordinate with the delivery partners to expedite the delivery of your product.

Please make sure the address is correct and is complete so that our delivery partners face no issues or hurdles causing either delay or denial to deliver the product.
