Cancellation policy

We understand sometimes plans change. In case you completed an order and wish to cancel the order, you can send an order cancellation email with your order ID.

Order can be cancelled before the item is shipped.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled and will stand confirmed once the order is received.

Return policy

We accept returns only for the Defective items.

In case you receive an item with manufacturing defects please write us at julley@thebikerwolf.com with your order ID and a set of photos highlighting the defects.

To return the item purchaser will have to courier back the item, once we receive, inspect and verify the defects, purchaser can either opt out for a replacement or refund.

Return criteria

-Products were delivered in past 14 days
-Products retain their original packaging
-Products are not used and show no sings of usage, wear and tear

Refund policy

In case an order is cancelled or is returned as per above policies, purchaser is entitled for a complete refund of the amount they have paid.

In case of cancellation of an order, the refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving of confirming cancellation of order (we will acknowledge cancellation and 24-48 hours window will start post our cancellation acknowledgement).

In case an item is returned, once we receive the product, inspect and verify the defect we will initialize the refund process.
In case of defective product delivery, while refunding we all also refund one way shipping cost (the standard shipping cost as per market).
